Beam Digital Limited ("Beam Digital", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website. We are a YouTube and social video consultancy based in the United Kingdom.

What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you actively choose to give us. When you complete the contact form, we collect:

- Your company (optional)
- Your email address
- The message you send us
We do not collect this information in any other way, and we do not ask for any special category (sensitive) data. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

Who we share it with
Your contact-form submission is processed on our behalf by the following service provider, who acts as our data processor:
- Formspree — receives and forwards contact-form submissions to us. Formspree is based in the United States, so your data is transferred internationally and protected by appropriate safeguards. See Formspree's privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not currently use any analytics that identify you. Fonts and all other assets are served directly from our own website, so no data about your visit is shared with third parties for the pages you view.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for 12 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. Where an enquiry leads to a working relationship, we keep the information we need for as long as that relationship lasts.
Your rights
